hi i am wanting to know if there is a way to hoock up a laptop to the computer to reformate it and if so looking for some help this is also on a 93 eagle talon 5spd

Oh, didn't see that part.

OP, you're SOL. Regardless, there's not much gain for you to be made with a laptop anyway. An AFC on the other hand, could give you a horsepower or two.
