Hi I bought a new comp wheel for my turbo and the shaftbore is to small so it doesn't fit on the turbo. The turbo is a gt3071r could I just drill it out to fit or do I need to get it professionally done?

Where did you get it? Why not return it and get the right one? Shouldn't need to modify it if it's supposed to be for your turbo.

If your drill is even off a half a degree it will vibrate badly enough to break the shaft.

You shouldn't be changing compressor wheels on ball bearing turbos without a VSR balance of the assembled unit anyway as there's no way to do a plane balance of the rotor group- ball bearing turbos are extremely sensitive to vibration which can cause a catastrophic failure if it's excessive.
