Bought a used 14b in alright condition. Minimal shaft play, no in-out, turbine side is in great condition, compressor was chipped up. Picked up a compressor wheel in superb condition for cheap and I wanted to swap them...once I got the nut off and went to slide the old wheel off, it is very stuck. Any advice towards removing the compressor wheel without damaging the rest of the assembly?

^I was about to try the torch but I couldn't find it. I tried this however, I put the nut on the end and put a piece of electrical tape over it and tapped it with my rubber mallet. I felt a 'pop' which I'm guessing was the sealing ring popping out and light taps afterwords got it loose enough for me to pull off. Upon inspecting the shaft/compressor, it seems like rust almost? Or oxidization? The shaft cleaned right up, turbo was rebuilt recently (within a year, it's a 14b afterall) and everything else seems in good shape!
