My compression for my 8.8.1 low comp 420a is
1-165
2-180
3-165
4-180
But after I stop cranking the pressure drops slowly and I smoke when I first start up.after sitting but when moves don' smoke at all and after I drive it a couple miles it won' smoke at all any more, I think that may be my oil seals in my turbo but I'm not 100% sure, is that rings or valve seals???

Compression seems fine. They should all be about 180 on a healthy motor. Your tester is broken if it leaks down. It should hold the maximum pressure until released.
