Coil Problem? No Spark. Completely Lost

Here's the problem, I dropped my motor back in after going through it. Everythings back together but the car wont start. I have fuel pressure, power going to the Coil pack and the secondary resistance is correct, but still no spark. I have been trying to troubleshoot but cannot figure it out. From the wiring diagrams on the ignition circuit i think i have narrowed it down to either a problem with the MFI system or possibly the cam sensor. When i got the car, there was no CAS installed on it but yet it still ran. I dont know how this is possible bc i work at a GM dealership and i now our vehicles wont run without it.

From the harness i have 12V power coming from the correct pin on the connector to the coil pack but i dont get anything else when trying to start the car. If i have a test light hooked up, one of the other pins should intermittently illuminate the test light if it the signal is coming from the PCM/ECU.

Any help would be awesome, im completely lost at this point. THANKS!

EDIT: ok so after some research, I def. had the MFI relay confused with something else in the engine bay. However, still have the problem with the coil pack situation. Im still needing help.

No, that's part of the problem. I dont have a CAS. and i didnt when i first got the car, but yet it still ran. So i cant be sure that is the problem.

The relay shouldnt flash the light, it has a neg pulse on one side of the relay and that is from the ecu. Not sure on the rest of your problem though, just thought I would point that out. There should be one line in the relay that seems dead, 2 12v and one that flashes a neg pulse for a couple seconds when you first turn the key.

420a- are you referring to the connector that goes to the coil or the MFI relay? I dont think the MFI is the prob but something else. thanks for your input though!

Are you 100% sure you dont have a Cam Angle sensor? All 2g's must have a cam angle sensor and crank angle sensor....And only certain 2g's wont use a crank angle sensor...(6 bolt swapped 2g's)

Ya i do have a CAS. FOUND THE PROBLEM it definatly helps if you hook up your ignition control module. I completely forgot about it when i bolted up my JMF SMIM. Thanks for your help everyone!

I was talking about the ASD/MFI relay, and testing it. Same procedure for each. 1 ground, 2 12v and 1 neg pulse from ECU when the key is first turned.
