I have a pretty new ACT 2600 clutch with Hydraulic throw.....Now, I was having a hard time shifting, so I adjusted the clutch pedal push rod out and it is fine. However, that was about a couple months ago, now it is happening again and my push rod is max'ed out. I bleed the system, but to no avail. Any ideas?

An extended slave rod?...where would I get somethin' like that...or would I just weld on a piece to the existing one? I don't think anything is leakin' has had good fluid in it (is not going down)....Worn pedal assembly?...they wear down...LOL?

Odds are that you have a worn seal on one of your cylinders. Check under the pedals for fluid marks anywhere. Then climb under the car and pull the rubber boot off the front of the slave. If you find fluid in either place time for rebuilds (they are like 20 bucks at autozone so don't sweat it).
