Shorten clutch throw??

Have you adjusted your clutch pedal adjusting bolt. You should be able to get the clutch to reengage very close to the floor. I've never heard of needing anything else to adjust where the clutch releases in relation to the pedal. All that adjustment is available thru the clutch adjustment bolt on the clutch pedal assembly.

I can get mine to reengage very close to the floor, or have my leg come almost half way up before the clutch reengages.

I realize that shortening the clutch pedal has potential problems I was just wondering if any company made some sort of slave cyclinder that could help with that issue. I just can't stand how far I have to pull my leg hahaha

Im sure you could shorten the "length of engagement" (so to speak) and still have it within good adjustment. Give it a try.

I will on tuesday when I get her back from the surgeon that's removing all the shock tower rust LOL

I'll post results!

Not that this will help with how far you have to pick up your leg you lazy ass. haha. However, there are things for BMW's called 'hammerstands' and They basicly are a block which attaches to the floor and stops the clutch before it goes to the floor. They are adjustable and do make clutch usage much quicker.
