Clutch throw-out bearing ?

Alright....Im getting and ACT 2100 with only 800 miles on it off of the classifieds for $175, and it comes with everything. The only thing is that it is coming with a OEM throw-out bearing. What i need to know is whether or not it will make a difference than the ACT 2100's normal throw-out bearing. I just need to make sure that i wont have to rip my tranny out in a month because the throw-out bearing went bad. Please lemme know and thanx in advance

PS- also, is there anything i should be worried about when putting a clutch with only 800 miles on a resurfaced flywheel? I know you dont wanna put a new clutch on an old flywheel, but is it ok to put a slightly used clutch on a "new" flywheel? thanx again!

just scuff up your flywheel with some 180 grit sand paper, works great for me

the oem throw-out bearing is better quality ( the newer ACT ones are also) beacuse they are metal instead of plastic.

I have done that on a Honda and it worked just fine (who cares it is a Honda). However if you actually care about the car and aren't on a tight budgett I would resurface the flywheel.
