Well guys here the deal I bought a 95 talon well trade it and the guy said he put a new fidanza flywheel in a new clutch I ddnt ask what type...so when I go take a look at the car the..the slave is broken and the rod is bent and when I mean the slave was broken it literally was in the area of were the bolts go to hold it down was completely broken off..so I say to myself easy fix let me take it. So today I go buy a brand new slave for it and the pedal shot back up after I bled it and and everything seem to be working how it's supose to...clutch fork moving back and forth the way it should and that's with the car off..so I decide to turn to car on and take it for a drive finally...I go to push the pedal in and it's super stiff so I pushed it down all the way and it still wouldn't go into gear and Then the slave is broke so now it looks like like how I got the car..good thing ingot warantee hehe..ANY HELP PPPPPLLLLEEEASSSEEE IM GETTING PISSED OFF

the push rod on the slave, how long is it? How much adjustment is in the clutch pedal. Had an aftermarket clutch put in my car and had to weld an extra bracket behind clutch assembly as well as put in a longer push rod on slave cylinder. I had to experiment with 3-4 different setups before I found one that was even usable, too short clutch wouldn't engage, too long clutch wouldn't disengage. FYI my clutch is extra stiff too ... my brakes are softer ^_^

When car is running does the clutch fork move at all when clutch is pressed?

^^ I second that. An aftermarket clutch is most likely going to be stiffer than the stock one so that's not abnormal. What kind of clutch did you buy and are you using the fidanza flywheel still?

It looks like a stock lenght push rod and I dunno what clutch is in there all the previous owner told me was a fidanza flywheel with a new clutch... And as for of the clutch for is moving I honestly dunno never had someone there to look...but it feel like the pedal is going down I guess not far enough to disengage I dunno...but all I know is wen I pushed it down too hard it snapped part of the slave

Sure it isn't the answer you want to hear but I think the best thing you could do is jerk the trans out and check their installation and make sure they haven't messed something up .... I had the newby mistake once of putting clutch plate in backwards. FYI if you ever do it if car is in gear when you go to start it will take off, and if car is started in neutral you will never find a gear ^_^ NEWBY mistake and lesson learned :).

Check that the fork is installed onto pivot ball securely, fork is then attached to throw out bearing with the clip in place.

I am gonna try to adjust the master first cause the pedal did go down now that I think about it without any rattling but wouldn't go in gear so I gave it a little more push and BOOM the slave broke so I am guessing the pedal needs to be adjust to the point that it needs little push or force to disengage the clutch since this is a new on supposidly...also the clutch pedal was slightly higher than the brake pedal which I am thinking back to now an that's not suppose to be right...so wish me luck hope I don't gotta drop tranny..I'm new to these cars pray for me hahah

Well guys it's nothing but bad news.I go try to turn the car on and I hear like a rattling coming from the tranny and the car is shaking like a crackhead..also since I heard the rattling I decided to drop the tranny...but can u guys guess what I see when I go look at where te bolts suppose to be...NO GOD DAMN BOLTS I WAS SUPER SUPER SUPER PISSED LIKE WTF WHO DOES THESE KINDS OF WORK...now I'm hoping when I go inside it's just the throwout bearing came loose and rattling a round and no shaft broke....can any body tell me how easy it is to break them??

Never broke one but I did send my center differential gears through the walls of my housing one inside and one outside :) and that was without abuse. Yea I would be pissed about the bolts too, can't believe some folks. Hope all goes well we will all cross our fingers.

Thank u for the goodluck sir..and the bolts I will never get over I think cause that is just dangerous and reckless...and I can't wait to see what I messed up this tranny hopefully nothing and just the throwout bearing came loose and rattling around

Well i finally decided to not be lazy and get to the tranny...i go to drain out the transfer case oil...i see barely any come out...i go to drain out the tranny oil and barely any comes out....LOL wth these dudes had to be some dicks who owned the car before...and also when i went to losen the 2 bolts they did catch in the tranny..i could screw dem out with my hand...now u know i was super pissed...but i got my new t.o.b today and new slave so lets see what goes on

Well guys i know its been a long time but i am coming back with some update...well i put the car into the shop "which i really regret doing" but anyway the mech take down the tranny and see a completely destroyed clutch disk in there and the throwout bearing guide is super screwed up up...and one of the main bolt holding down the tranny was broken so now i had to order a new oem clutch kit and get the guide fixed as best as possible until i can get a new tranny...its still yet to come out the shop so keep your fingers crossed for me
