I just got a stage 3 SPEC clutch put in about 1000 miles ago. I was driving the other day and had a tough time keeping my car in 4th and reverse, it kept popping to neutral. Then I started noticing the clutch pedal wanted to stick IN and slowly come back to position when I shifted. After about 10 minutes of driving, I went to shift and couldn't push the clutch pedal in, it was as hard as a rock. I can move the stick shift into any gear and it won't lock in, it doesn't even grind gears when the car is running! So I can't even pop start it in 2nd to get it home. Any ideas on what it could be? I looked under the car around the clutch and nothing seems to be broken. The slave cylinder does look very old and rusty though and the rod wont budge when I try to push it in.

Woah this forum is dead today. Anyways, it was the slave cylinder, I ordered a new one and I'm installing it tommorow

Did you instale the slave yet? I installed my slave cylinder and the problem went away for two days and started acting up again. I just perchased a master cylinder and it's going in on Sunday.
