Clutch pedal floating

Why is it that when I first start the car after its been sitting overnight, the clutch pedal enganges right off the floor, but after about an hour of driving it enganges a little past the halfway point of the pedal travel?

I also have a full SS line from master to slave, new M/C, and a ACT 2100 with a fidanza flywheel.

Leaking slave, or return port partially blocked by improper pedal height adjustment.
Check your bell housing-to-block bolts as well.
