Who all sells the brass bushings/rebuild kits for 1g dsm clutch pedal rebuild? I have seen the ones on Jnztuning and from sheptrans, any other options out there?

Should I replace arm and clutch lever or just weld it up once I replace the bushings?

Do not weld the old, worn parts, it will not last. Buy the brass bushings, new lever and new arm, clean and grind the surfaces to be welded, including the nut and assemble it and torque the nut down then weld it all together and it will last.

Im not 100% positive what clutch I have. I bought the car with a few mods (3' turbo back exhaust, areomotive fpr, 510cc inj, etc) It looks like someone had a fmic and bigger turbo on the car and swapped tha parts back "stock" before I got a hold of it. So it may have an aftermarket clutch...I am just trying to get it to engage more than 1" off the floor.

kchaazz, any idea what the torque spec is for that nut or do you mean german torque? "goodentight"

Does anyone make a rebuild kit for the 2g cars?

2G cars have a completely different pedal assembly, of far superior design that isnt subject to the catastrophic wear associated with the 1G pedal. What sort of issue are you having with your setup, perhaps I can help.

I am having that same problem! it's annoying idk what it is but I heard it was the bushing. I ordered a bushing and just got it, hoping it will fix it... going to keep checking on this thread to see whats going on with yours while hoping it will fix mine! :banghead:
