Bled correctly, and my clutch pedal will only move half way up after i push it down, i can pull it to even with the brake pedal but it wont return on its own. Thought about shimming the pivot ball but the clutch would still only return half way up.. the adjustment rod is out almost as far as it will go..

Any ideas why the clutch won't disengage? I can start it in gear and it jumps

Ok.. so i've spent a good amount of time under my dash by the pedals and here's what im looking at..

I used the Phoenix tool and ran 3 containers of brake fluid up through the clutch bleeder to the resevoir so there is no way i have air in the system.

the pedal can be freely moved up and down for about 50% of the clutch travel from the top switch to the bottom switch... Someone wrapped a ziptie around the pedal spring.. i have no idea why.. and my adjustment rod is adjusted ALL the way out to where there are prob only a few threads holding it on, and i can STILL push the slave in.. and it says you shouldn't be able to in that clutch adjustment video.
I'm wondering if my pedal assembly is worn out.. i don't know why it would be because it worked before i when i broke my timing belt and rebuilt the motor, and it's just been sitting not being used for a year, so i dont know why it would be slotted or worn out because i haven't been using it...

Need some help here im about ready just to redo everything..

rich, here's a good link i found check it out, the pedal def sounds like my problem.. im prob just gonna do a rebuild on the slave at the same time..

Fixed the issue, it was the pedal assembly, but i fixed it a little different than the fixes i've seen, i get a little extra travel, and i can still pull it apart. i'll post pics up when i get some time here soon... :talon:
