Clutch is gone

My clutch started to slipping in 4th gear and then slowly to 3rd, 2nd and finally about 1 month later it started slipping in 1st... Just checking for sure... Pretty much means my clutch is shot right?

More than likely that is the case, unless you have a fluid leak that is causing the clutch to slip...but you would notice pools of fluid under your car when it sits. Are you still on the original clutch?

Yes I believe it is the orginal clutch... I am the second owner so im not 100% positive but I believe it is... Car has 70k
