Clutch is gone

Alrighty, here's my problem.

My clutch pedal feels very weak, if I put it in neutral and pump it up, it seems to be better for about 2 minutes of driving, and then its back to normal.
Its VERY hard to shift and I have to shove it in.
I checked the fluid levels and they're normal, what could this be?

Nothing at all, thats why this is weird.

I've bled it not to long ago, could this have something to do with the cold cold temps here?

This worries me
Looks like no Dizzum tommorrow, I think I might have my mechanic brother check it out for me.
Any other ideas?

I'd adjust the master cylinder push rod and re-bleed the system with fresh brake fluid to make sure.
