clutch is acting up

So I just got my car back from the shop, when I got it back the clutch's catch point was all the way to the floor, the shop said I need a push rod or something. Then later on in the day, my catch point was at normal height. Then towards the end of the night it started going back down to the floor. My one friend said there could be air in the system, or the OEM restrictor is messing it up. Not too sure anyone have any ideas that I can fix this. I have a stage 4 6 Puck exedy clutch with an 8lb fidanza flywheel brand new

With the catch point moving around, it is either air in the lines or one of the cylinder seals is going.
Bleed the system and see if it helps, the next thing I would suspect is the master cylinder on the firewall. But it could also be the slave cylinder, do you see any fluid leaking
near the slave cylinder?

Nah I haven't checked anything out yet, I just got the car back so I was just driving around testing everything out. Its a new slave cylinder that I bought, that the shop installed while my car was being worked on, so that should be eliminated, unless they messed up possibly.

From my experience it would be three things that come to mind
Flywheel. Some are either to thick or two thin and needs to be around stock dsm height.
Master cylinder. It is not pushing all the fluid to the slave or could be faulty. First try to adjust it via jack's trasmission video. When they say faulty master cylinder their is a plastic valve in there that often breaks resulting in wired engagement and sinking pedal.
And air in the system.
