clutch conversion

ok so i have read alot about the modular to non modular clutch conversion for our transmissions. i understand that we need a flywheel instead of a flex plate and the longer bolts. what confuses me is 1. what type of flywheel do i buy (someone said something about a neon one) and 2. what clutch do i get if i need a flywheel for a different car. any help would be great thank you.

i was thinking of getting a neon flywheel i think from a 95 like the original write up you did on the non vs modular clutch.
