So I just happened to bleed and adjust my clutch just on Sunday which was about 3 days ago. I haven't driven my car since. I read both the Chilton and Haynes manual which stated that the clutch height from the firewall should be about 6.9-7 inches. Also, a very informative video I saw on youtube said to test the friction point of the clutch and make sure it's at 2.5 inches. Bleeding the clutch for the first time was a breeze. However, the clutch adjustment really stressed me out cause I don't know if I did something wrong. Before, the height of the pedal was probably a little over 5 inches from the firewall and the friction point was at a good 2-2.5 inches. After an hour of adjusting (maybe more), I finally got the clutch pedal height to barely 6.6 inches or so. I then tested for clutch drag (no problems) and then checked for friction point. Friction point ended up being EXTREMELY high probably 4.5- 5 inches off the firewall. This made no sense to me and made it so awkward to drive which really stressed me out. Did I do anything wrong here? My bro helped me out over the phone and I was able to get the clutch height to almost 7 inches probably 6.7-6.8 and the friction point at about 3 inches maybe just a bit more. This is really irritating me because the manual says it should be at 7 and the video said friction point should be 2.5 (idk if it HAS to be at 2.5 but either way it felt nice at 2.5). I do have an aftermarket clutch but don't know what kind. My guess is that it's a stage 4 (maybe a 2600). So what exactly did I do wrong here (if I did anything wrong)? Also, would I be able to adjust the clutch again since I didn't even drive it after? Once I got the friction point to 3 inches or so, I didn't have the chance to drive it because it was about 11 pm at the time and became way too difficult to work on so I gave up. Sorry for the extensive info but I'm just really bummed about this. Any advice at all would be great. Thanks!

No I did watch that video also but the quality was terrible whereas the one I watched was very easy to follow and of much better quality (audio and visual).

Why is the question? Idk what you mean by this but I'll try answering it best I can. I asked the question cause idk if I adjusted the clutch correctly.

Is your clutch not working? My clutch works just fine. It just doesn't meet up to the manual's or video's specifications (height of pedal and height of friction point).

What it does exactly? I can feel the clutch grab a little later than before since the friction point is a little higher. I just don't know if this is a bad thing or not. Maybe I'm just extremely anal about this because it's my first time doing it but I just tried to get everything exactly right. My bro test drove it and told me it feels perfectly fine. He also told me that if it's adjusted to my liking, then just leave it like that. I actually do like it because it's easier to shift now and doesn't jerk so hard on certain gears but I still don't know if it's not done correctly. I have an aftermarket clutch and don't know if that has anything to do with it. So I'm thinking maybe the jerking was normal anyways?

Is it hard to shift? I think I already answered this but if it wasn't clear then I'll answer it now. No, it's not hard to shift.

If everything is working good like you mentioned, Then I would leave it like that.

You will never going to get the Pedal spect with an Aftermarket Clutch, If it would be an OEM Clutch then yes.

My ACT has way different Height at the clutch and I have to push the pedal all the way down to make it work, But, this Clutch is meant to be like that, We all know that.

Just leave it like that, there is nothing wrong can happens, The spects are to make shift smooth, not that it has to be perfect, If it is shifting smooth, then you are fine.
