checking injector ohms

I have a voltmeter, and I was wondering is it possible to check ohms without the injectors on the car.

if its simply a voltmeter you wont be able to check resistance, if its a multimeter then you put it on the ohm setting and put the probes on each connection and it will tell you what the resistance of the circuit is. I dont know what resistance is supposed to be on an injector but if you check a chiltons manual they will probably say. Good luck.
