Was driving and the check engine came on, I noticed no oil pressure! Seached the forums and fixed it. That wire came off, and I have pressure. Simple question, how long till the Check Engine light turns off????

Thanks Rich

False, if you fixed the problem you can either take it to a dealer or your nearest Advance Auto or disconnect the battery for about ten minutes and then hook it back up to reset the code. It usually takes so many starts for the code to clear I would suggest either disconnecting the battery or taking the car to Advance Auto and have them reset the code. I have my own code puller so I do it myself but not all of us are that lucky.
