I don't really know why this would happen right after that install unless its just a coincidence. Maybe spliced wire incorrectly. My car used to pop that code about once a year and I would just clear it. I didn't have any kind of rear o2 simulator or delete or anything. Try to clear it and see if it comes back. If ot doesn't don't worry about it. Im sure you don't have a cat:D
