Charcoal canister delete question.

I plugged the two spots on the left that the purge valve was going to but I noticed the two spots on the right were just left open. Should they be plugged?

Don't plug the lines that go to the fuel thank. Put a breather on there or route them under the car.

Ya I left the fuel tank line open so it can breathe, but still confused about the two in the pic.

Anyone have any ideas? It's the two nipples to the right of the two that the charcoal can. purge valve lines go too.

I have a 96 and the charcoal canister is located under the battery. With the two big lines one goes to the intake, where does the other one go?
