Changing out my fuel rail?

There is an o-ring on either side of the rail, and orings on each injector. If you are careful and they do not rip, you can re-use them. If they do, you should be able to find some local for very cheap.

Yeah as long as your careful you should have to replace anything really. The O-rings are on the actual fuel lines. Be careful pulling the rail actually off. There are 3 plastic spacers that go between the rail and the head where the bolts mount. If you drop them they can be a pain in the ass to try and find if they dont fall all the way to the ground.

I use super glue on my spacers holds fine until i screw them in, and orielys has injector seals done.

Most parts stores dont carry the O rings. They will have it but will try and match the size you have. Go there ahead of time and order an entire Injecttor O ring kit. Should come with the O rings and injector seats.

When installing, try to use petroleum jelly to lube the O rings when you insert them on the rail. Do not use OIL as they might swell up the O rings and cause leaks in the future..

As said before just be carefull with the o rings and spacers for the injectors. I lost 1 spacer and hard to find one.

Oreilly and auto-zone both offer the upper o-rings in a kit with a specific part number. Napa actually carry's a kit with the upper rings and lower isolators. Rockauto.com can also get the uppers and lowers.
