I recently did the pcv delete egr block, and put new o rings and new fuel rail. I smelled a little gas but figured it was the little bit that spilled just airing out. Well this morning i smelled it again so i pulled over to inspect it. Where the stock fpr connects to the fuel rail i hear a tiny psssss. Coming out. I have the fpr tightened really good but still leaks and smells of gas. What are my options to fix this? I don't think i should wrench it any more because bolts break so easy or strip the fuel rail like i have done before. Is there a gasket of some sort for this? I won't be home for a couple of hours but am going to take it apart and check the o ring that is on it when i get home. Thanks for all advice.

If its hissing from the fpr, it is more than likely the o-ring on the fpr not sealing properly. tightening it more wont help your problem. Pull off the fpr and inspect the o-ring, it will be in the groove on the end of the fpr body. the fuel pressure regulator should fit pretty snug, replace if needed and see if it stops hissing.
