Ok i had a custom intake manifold and a 75mm throttle body on my car. im going with a smaller turbo so i figured id put the stock intake manifold on so it would spool up quick again. i changed that over. started the car and cel is on the car idels normal for a min and goes super lean. ive tryed to richen it up with my tunning device still seems to do it. i had the car scan i had 3 codes. first was coolant temp out of range. im running a 160 t stat. fuel curit fault i believe somthing to do with the fuel curit the last one was with the mass air. the car is on a speed density setup. when the car was started it was reading the air flow. any ideas what could cause a fuel curit all the sudden? when i switched the manifold over one of the wires from the injector plug came out and i bought a new plug and wired it in. all 4 cyclinders have spark and fuel. but i do notice when im driving it almost sounds like it skipping alittle plugs are new. i need some help please!

well for one your profile doesnt say anything about any type of ems but your running speed density? your tstat is most likely causing the code of the coolant sensor. i dont understand what your trying to say with the second one and the third is because you dont have a MAS hooked up im guessing since your running speed density. did yo just run the wire for the baro sensor in the air box to a MAP sensor?

the second code is fuel injector cuirt i believe. im wondering what could be the cause of that. Im running a maf pro. it has a harness that plugs into the stock mass air plug and splits into a map sensor and air temp sensor. im running a 3bar map sensor.

i. ive ben running this setup for some time now. the only thing i changed was the intake manifold. all the injectors are firing. the car idels normal for a min or two then goes lean as hell like 17s. ive added fuel as well. i checked the plug i wired in. that injector is firing. they all are.

ive tryed to retune the car. The car will not run correctly. i know its going to be rich as hell now because of the smaller intake. The cel was not on when the other manifold was on with the other throttle body and it was fine. now that ive changed it ive got this code on and the car doesnt run correctly it wasnt to stall. Im really wondering what will cuase that fuel injector curit code.....

a short or open injector circuit

i checked them all. nothing touching that should be and they are all firing...if one was stuck open wouldnt it run rich or make them all be open?

ive taken the wires off and it just about dies and if i put the wire back on it picks right up
another question is like its my tps sensor. the pro shows i have 4.96 volts for tps when floored but could the tps still be bad? even if it shows this?

are you trying just the one injector or all of them? if the tps was bad it would throw a code too

i checked all the injectors. i went and unpluged the tps and the car runs exatcly the same

can someone tell me what the car should do if i had the car at idel and turned the tps by hand with it unbolted from the throttle body? mine makes the car lean right out wideband goes to ... and the car dies out
