Center console lights / High mount tail light dont work

Alright so i have a problem at night with my center console lights. Everything lights up fine (dash, lights, even the A/C button), but my problem is the buttons right above my head uint, the hot - cold, air flow, & air direction lights. Anyone know the problem?

Also my high mounted tail light does not work. I have tried numerous bulbs but none work. Any suggestions?

Ok, so i ripped up my center console today only to find that i have no clue what i am looking for. Do any of you mediators or wisemen know?
