hey guys the lights in the center console (a/c, hot/cool knob, etc.) has been fidgety for a while now, every once in a while they go out and i have to take off the front face and wiggle it around a little and they turn back on and then a week or so later go off again... i assume its just a loose wire but in order to get to the rear of the assembly do i have to take off part of the dash? i can get the cluster loose inside the dash but cant maneuver it to take it out and access the rear of it... Thanks

There is only one light bulb for the HVAC controls. You access this from the top of the controls. I believe you'd have to take out the vents and bezel above it then reach down in. If you're trying to remove the HVAC controls, it is next to impossible (and is impossible with the lines still on it). If you really want to remove them, which I highly don't recommend, here is a tech article on how to. This will also show you the location of the light so that you know what you're looking for. You can see it in the very last picture - look for the white plug with the 2 red wires attached.
