2G Catch can set up. Can't figure it out.

So I have read a lot of posts on catch can set ups and have also read through the thread by Calan about how our pcv system works but I still can figure it out. I'm getting a good deal on this mishimoto catch can and just want to know how to correctly hook it up being that it's sealed and only has two connections. Thank you for any help.

For many, they just plumb it between the line that comes out of the passenger side of the valve cover and the intake tube.
The line from the valve cover goes to one fitting on the catch can. The other port on the catch can goes to the intake tube.
 
If it's sealed with two fittings then you'll keep your stock PCV setup connected and run a single line off the passenger side of the VC to the can and another line to the intake after the MAS.

You'd run to lines to the CC from the VC and cap the PCV port on the IM.

So to be clear, The filter gives the fresh air to the Valve cover and also sucks the crankcase air from where the PCV valve would of been?

No. The filter gives a means of escape for any positive pressure in the crankcase, that or blow out your dipstick.

A VTA setup will work but isn't optimal, a sealed CC with a line going to the intake will give the best results because it will actually put vacuum on the CC.

Gotcha Corey, that's more of the Race set up I have been reading about compared to stock system or a sealed CC.
