All right so as the title says, how do i position the cas on a 2g correctly. I just installed my dks 272s and i have everything at tdc, where should the cas be. I dont have access to a timing light so i just need a base for now are there marks to line up? I have a hard time starting my car in the cold. If its been sitting for a day and its really cold the car doesnt want to start. When it first starts it runs a little rough for a couple seconds then everything is fine. I wondering if this is related to the cas position.

its the 97-99 i know they arent adjustable, but im making sure i put it back correctly. Because inside the 2g cas there is a little wheel with a short side and a long side, its helt in by a bolt into the intake cam. Im wondering what is its position at TDC.
