so for a about a week now my car wont start in the morning (the battery has juice just not enough to turn motor over) as soon as i jump start it, it turns right on...
during the day the car will turn just fine

all electrical seems to work ok lights, radio, ect.

i relocated my battery to the back with 4g wire... i had kragen test the battery and they said it was fine... i dont think its the alt cause i replaced it not to long ago and i tried the wire test to see if that was the problem but nothing happened plus remember car runs fine during day or under constant driving.

so i know something has to be draining it during long periods car is off.

by the way a guy in kragen said i could be the "cold crank sensor" do we have such a thing?

Do you actually want help or not? Did you run the battery voltage test?? If not- why are you still posting here?

Batteries lose their charge in cold weather faster- this is why it's part of the "winter checkup" you see on tv so often.

well first of all if i didnt need the help i would not look for it, and second of all thats why the forum exist... not that you have helped.

as for "CLUTCH GSX" I just did the test and it read 13.5v on the line with the car of it read about 12.5.
an interesting thing that happend is we left the ignition on the "on position" with out turning the car on for a couple minutes to check something out and the battery was nearly dead... this leads me to think the battery is the problem...tomorrow im taking it to a shop to get it tested to proof my suspicions once and for all.

thanx to all who have bared with me and have tryed to help me out i appreciate it

if its not a cca issue, its a parasitic load coming from somewhere in your car. a wire from an accessory is shorting somewhere closing the circuit allowing the voltage to be used without a switch or relay turning it on. but obviously its a small amount of voltage because apparently its taking awhile to drain it, a 5v reference signal for example for your gauges and various sensors. i read u have power door locks; an alarm too by chance? if so, start with that, then we can go from there

no alarm
but i do have power locks... so how do i test it. like mentioned before take fuse out?

... OK guys i got the battery tested by an actual shop this time and it pretty much trashed... doesnt hold charge and drops voltage like crazy... Optima red top here we come.

thanx to everyone who helped out and took the time of day.:thumb:
