Car wont hold charge. HELP!

its a 92 Tsi AWD in good condition.. for some reason, the car just wont hold charge anymore? tried gettin a new battery, charging the battery, jumping the car, it wont hold charge and does not start.. wut could be wrong? any ideas on whats going on wit the car? let me know. thanks guys!

if you get it started get a volt meter put it on dc and see what volts your batt. is getting. I had a bad starter and i killed my batt. didn't find this out until I replaced my alt. and batt though

When the caps were leaking in my ecu, it would kill my battery overnight. Just a thought.
