I bought a 92 4/6 bolt that was towed away from the owners house at one point because of the head being cracked. Well, the tow truck driver must have also been cracked, because he tried to tow the car with the front off the ground leaving the rear on the street. He got maybe a few houses away until the back tires started to squeal. He ended up stopping, and disconnected the drive shaft like he should have done in the first place. My question is, is it pretty much guaranteed that the viscous coupling, rear end or xfer case is bad now? You can push the car around fine in nuetral. Has anybody had a car that was towed in such a way, but not for a long distance. It was only a few feet.... but maybe that's all it took. Is there any chance I can luck out? What do you think I should check? Thanks in advance for any advice. -Ross Felix
