93 3000GT SL which shares pretty much the DSM tranny. Did a quiafe install and now:

She will not go into Nuetral. I had it off the jackstands on the ground and with what should be nuetral I would ease off the clutch and it would start to bog down like it was in gear. So I put it in the air. No matter what gear the shifter was in (cables are connected and they do move at the tranny) I can manually turn both front wheels by hand without too much effort. BUT in any gear when I ease off the clutch the motor start getting under a load and will eventually stall out. All this while the front wheels are NOT moving a bit.

In short, the wheels spin freely but the input shaft seems to be locked up. It all spun from input shaft to diff before I put it back together.

How did the bearings look when you pulled the trans apart, especially the intermediate shaft bearings? If the wheels spin free the front diff should be ok... Did you drive the car a while after you put the trans in or did it not move from the get go?
