Car turned off while doing pulls

Hey guys. Bought myself a 2g GST this week and I have had no issues until today. I let my brother do a couple pulls. On his second pull the car turned off while he was putting it into 4th. I started the car back up and everything seemed to be fine. Checked under the hood and couldn't find anything that looks out of place. Does anybody know what could have caused this? Could it be a boost/vacuum leak? I am running stock boost on a 20g turbo with stock injectors (7psi).

Yes it could easily be a vacuum leak. Either do a Boost leak test (recommended) or check ALL of the possible pipes that can leak (couplers, clamps, hoses, etc). I had that happen to me with the stock SMIC and flex piping that loves to get blown off of hose clamps

Thanks Tiki. I found a boost leak on my intercooler piping with the dish soap method.
