car tuning off while driving!!!!

I bought a 97 gs-t. This is really starting to get annoying when i bought the car it already had the first version safc in it and a wideband. under WOT and then put in neutrel the car would turn off now that i have 650 fic injectors and 255 pump when i come to a stop it pretty much dies everytime at a stop light but if i bring it down in gears all the way to first gear and then stop it wont die. i did a leak test and it was only able to hold 11psi before leaking from the intake manifold where the intercooler piping connects and around the bov flange the car have never been dyno tuned or anything on the safc the low t settings are +25 just in 1000rpm and the rest are at -33 in high throttle there all at -40 i believe.

IS it my tuned that is causing this or my leaks or what im stomped

You should probably fix the leaks since you already know thats a problem and go from there
