car starts then dies

like the title says the car starts but the idle on it now is really low, below 500 and then dies, i can try to give it some gas but that does nothing, i just replaced a bad alternator, and got my battery recharged, the check engine light comes on and throws code 41, had my injectors checked out and they were ok. so what could cause the car to stall out right after start-up. oh its a 91 talon auto AWD with a evoIII Big16G and thats it. if you need more info let me know, as i would like to know what i could be dealing with before i take it in to the shop in the next few days.

well i tested the car on the datalogger, and my fuel trims at idle and they are all 100% except one, my FT02. its good untill my engine gets to 82 degrees in temp and about 13 degrees timing. then it drops down to 60% then it stedys itself out at about 85-90% and fluctuates between there. does this give a hint to anything? im new to owning a dsm and noone i know knows what it could mean. thanks

Reset your ECU & then PROPERLY set Base Timing & Base Idle.
