2 of mine do not fire. I'm having this same issue cylinders 3 & 4 aren't firing and my cam sensor is about a month old.The CAS (cam angle sensor) controls the injectors timing through the ECU. Remove CAS (and mark it's position). Then turn key on and rotate CAS - injectors should fire 1 at a time.
I did mess with the crank sensor when this started happening thought could it be the crank sensor not sending correct signals to fire injectors?
I believe my ecm is good it was just tested before reinstall but I can inspect if necessary...

wish I would have remembered I did mess with them after now its good but slowly overheating once again the first time it wqs the banjo bolt on the block running to the water pump now unfortunately I'm dealing with the same issue it's barely circulating I'm guessing more crap stuck in the banjo bolt again I thought I cleaned all the parts well i just finished a rebuild but we'll see tomorrow I'm gonna take off the exhaust mani & check that bolt if it's not clogged I'm guessing I have a bad new "oem" from ebay water pump...
