98 gs only firing on 2 cylinders

ok, i've checked everywhere on here and can't find what i need. my problem is on a 98 gs with a 420a, it will fire on #3 and #4, but not 1 and 2 i 've changed the coil checked the ecm connections. i don't know what else to check. oh and what started all of this is my noob move of the day was washing under the hood of my car, before that it ran perfectly

Check all connections. Pull off things like injector clips and re-connect them. You probably knocked something lose.
