My car only stalls when Im on the gas a little then let off, it will stall at any speed. I thought it was because the BOV is not re-circulated but I put it back to stock and no luck. What could be doing this?

I just put a newer motor in it and went through all that, it did it before and after the motor swap

What else could it be besides bov and leaks?

I have a fully assembled engine put in so it cant be anything that is attached to the engine itself....

What's tb? throttle body?

So let me get this straight, you push the gas just a little bit then let off and it dies? No matter how fast you're going? Also is it manual or at?

No its a manual, it only stalls when im accelerating then let off, sounds like the symptoms of a BOV venting into the atmosphere. Which it is, but i put the stock system back on and it still does it. There is no hesitiation or studdering.

Maybe if you already checked for leaks it could be the BISS screw needs adjusted or maybe the ISC is bad. There is a way to test the ISC just look it up.Make sure you did a BLT or just do it again to make sure.It takes a couple of minutes.

whats a BLT? Also with the BISS screw wouldnt the car idle bad for that to have to be messed with?

i dont have the car right now, the guy that put the motor in does. It did this with the old motor as well.. Ill tell him. Is there anything else to look for? ISC? O2 sensor? what else would do it?

I now have the car and messed with it today. I raised the idle with the BISS screw and it doesnt stall as much but still does, the idle is now around 1100, when I had it set around 1300 it didnt stall but it would drop. No leaks that I can find, the BOV was vented but now I have it re-circulated and no difference, so the BOV was not the problem, anything else to try?

Do you have the right spark plugs?

+1 on Spark Plugs and Wires. Change them. If you can, get NGK for both of those. No platinum crap. Cheap ones only.

What did you pressurize the system to when you did the Boost Leak Test? How many psi did it hold and for how long?

When is the last time you had the timing belt changed? Did they set the timing correctly? Are the timing marks on the side of the cams line up toward each other?

Make sure all of your vacuum lines and hoses are hooked up correctly. When was the o2 sensor replaced as well? Could be a MAF problem also. Maybe just some plugs fouled out if your lucky. Do all these and report back.
