well youre burning the oil for sure so it might be that the valve seals are bad in that cylinderor valve might be slightly bent

ok, so from the video I can't tell if its blue or white smoke. It looks white to me. So tell me if it smells sweet. (if your running regular glycol based coolant it would smell sweet if it was being burnt)

edit after watching second video. Holy balls batman. Whoever rebuilt your head is kinda not smart. They probably tore the seals if they bothered to replace them. If you had lower compression in that cyl I would say your oil control ring is jacked, or the rings are miss aligned but with those numbers that's doubtful.

you can see in the video the valve seal on the cyl all the way to the left is leaking..

I doubt its the oil ring just due to it stops when it warms up.I built a Olds one time and didn't check after installing the rings and it smoked 10x worse then that with only 1 piston with the rings aligned . I would almost bet on the valve seals.

2d Video at 0:14 pause it and look at the valve stem...

Check your turbo before you make assumptions of the head, my car used to do this when it was cold. It ended up being the turbo and didnt have any shaft play. You might have had to much oil pressure causing the oil to seep past the o ring in the turbo(Like rings these things never completely seal) causing the ring surface to be contaminated thus constantly leaking oil into the exaust.

Yeah, im actually replacing the turbo. i have a 14b on its way to replace my 13G POS. i bought a overhead spring compression tool to take off the springs one by one. and bought a hose with a threaded head to keep the cylinder under pressure to keep the valves from falling in. i gave the shop brand new in the bag valve seal. so idk why they wouldn't have replaced then? it has All New valve train. springs, valves, guides. so im guessing they maybe knicked a couple of the seals and ruined them. im going to be tearing into cylinder 3 & 4 first bc i know for a fact there leaking. as far as rings lining up. i gapped the rings how i was suppose to. opposite of each other. unless they can slide around inside once in the motor?

Just fill the cylinder with nylon rope and bring the piston up to the top. Its much easier that way to keep the valves from dropping. Hopefully its just valves stem seals. I've seen people run no valve stem seals at all and it smoked less than yours.
