Car Making Smoke on Start

Alright i have a 1997 eagle talon. its the base model. It has the 420a in it. It has around 160800 miles. It smokes bad now when i start driving it. I just put alot of new things in it to. Is it rings or valve stem seals. or headgasket. idk. mechanic said cheaper to get new engine. he didnt actually find the exact problem. He is a friend of mine so i no he didnt just say that to get money

what color smoke could help a lot, is it more of a black or a blue, where does the smoke seem to be coming from?

the exhaust and its like grey/white

Blown head gasket. Do a comp test to eliminate the rings for sure, but my money's on a head gasket with the white smoke.
