Car Jerking like Crazy

Just dont know what it is. I have a 99gst and every time i hit down the gas the car boost up to 10psi, trouble is that it jerks like crazy, i recently installed a manual boost controller and turned up the boost to 12psi. I hit the gas and the needle on my boost gauge will not go past the 10psi Again the car jerking like crazy. I feel like i have a boost limiter on my car could this be the trouble?

It sounds like you have a boost leak. I had this happen to me and My gauge was reading 15 psi but i was really putting in 20. Do a boost leak test and see if that fixes it.

Check your intake system for boost leaks.

Since no one else said it, I'll say it. Check for boost leaks
Also, make sure your spark plugs are good (NGK BPR 6ES gapped at .028")
You disconnected the bcs right?
