Car is hesitating now!!!!!!

A few days ago I bought a 1992 Laser RS Turbo AWD. I bought the car with a 3in downpipe, high flow cat, and Thermal Research and Development. The car came with a turbo XS MBC and boost gauge. Yesterday I change the oil to 10w 30 Mobile and NGKR BPR6ES spark plugs(gapped 35). The car was running like a champ boosting 15psi. Today I cut up the air can(stock air filter) and removed the silencer. Now it is hesitating at around 4,000-4,500RPM's during WOT :thumbdown but when you slowly punch it is fine. I have been reading the forums and thought I might have the so called "fuel cut". So I removed the lower honeycomb thinking it would solve it but it did'nt. Has anyone ever experienced this? If so what was the solution? THANKS, PEACE 1

you should regap it to .28, i think thats what turbo cars our at, mines hesitating pretty bad now too, but i dont think its my plugs or wires, i didnt seem to do it until i did the silencer removal
