when i acelerate slowly in 1st 2nd 3rd gear the car hesitates and studders a little especially over 3000 rpms once in 4th or 5th its fine, but its quite annoying and makes the car feel like a dog. did a compression check made 171,172,170,173 and changed the plugs twice bpr6es gapped at .28 abd bpr7es same gap, no diference , the car is completly stock, 14b stock computer 12 psi of boost, a friend suggested coil or ignition wires, could it also be the timing or cam angle sensor? bad injector or sticky valve, or maybe sticky throttle body, i will say every once and while the throttle cable gets stuck and i have to shut of the car and lubricate it a little but i dont think thats why, hope fully someone can try to diagnose, also it could be boost leak the car peaks at 12 and then falls to 8 psi isn i think vacuum or boost

Ah man a major boost leak can contribute to that. First I didn't want to believe I had boost leaks but I found out that all this time my hallman was causing my problems, leaky.
After changing my hallman back to the stock bcs. My problem like yours went away.
About your throttle cable lubricate it with grease. I had similar problems and when I come to a stop my rpms will stay at where I let go of gas. It's a sticky throttle body spring.

sorry about the gramer, im trying to do this from my phone :), so maybe boost leak i like that answer, althougb i am running stock soft ic piping and side mount i do have a cheapo depo boost controller, i didnt think a boost leak would make a car hesitate wile accelarating, also i have the stock bov recirculated

A boost leak will certainly make your car hesitate if its big enough. A loose J-pipe for example, caused my car to barely be able to move down the street. Build/buy/borrow a boost leak tester and go at it.

I would swap out the stock piping. I had problems with mine. Also T-Bolt Clamps are your friend. If it isnt a boost leak I would put money on the CAS. Iv had lots of problems with mine. Always having to adjust it.
