Car feels sluggish

Lately my car has developed this on and off tendency that when I give it half throttle in most gears that it wants to bogg down and hesitaite, making the the car feel slow, the wastegate opens(i have a dump tube) and the EGT'S go flying up. What could be causing this? I have just replaced my fuel filter, I just put brand new magnacore sparkplug wires(was doing the same thing on the stock wires as well).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you hitting fuel cut or knock count timing pull.
