1G Changed transmission now car feels sluggish like it's lost power or somethin

So I changed my transmission and when I went to drive it for some reason it just feels like it doesn't have the power it should have. When I go to take off in first gear it seems like I have to give it a lot more gas to not stall out or die when I'm taking off. When I'm changing gears like second third so on, it just doesn't feel like it has the power it should

This probably goes back to your engine issues you were having. Did you ever check the coolant temp sensor?
