Today got in the car and it felt about good 600 pounds heavier, or like someone welded extra 100pounds to the crank! I still get full 19psi, it just takes longer and once in full boost it still accelerates slower then usually. Also it feels like it takes more power just to get the car going from the dead stop. I think I can hear gear whine more pronounce, maybe tranny is low on fluid? Or could it be something ales?

I would verify valve and ignition timing. Make sure you don't have any boost leaks, and you're running proper fuel pressure (if applicable). If you own a data logger, please post some logs.

How is the shifting, popping from the exhaust? My car is also feeling very sluggish also. Most of the time I shift at @3 or 4.5 rpm I would get a pop but not every time. Valves maybe? But you need to do a compression test and leak down test for us to really help you.

This could be a stupid reason but what ive noticed is that on hotter days, my car will run a lot slower. Sometimes owning a turbo... blows... Hah.

quick update. Well, check my oil level to begin with and guess what, barely any in there! I do have a tiny leak from the oil pressure gauge sending unit, but its more of a slow drip then a leak, I know I burn a bit of oil as well, motor got over 216k miles on it so yeah, another thing is that I ran almost 5k miles on same oil and was planing on the oil change within this next week but I had no clue that there is almost NO OIL in the motor! Added some same grade oil and guess what, car is back to normal. Here is another challenge: my oil deep stick snapped off, I managed to dig it out and replaced it with o'reily brand deep stick that was a lil longer then stock. Today went to junk yard to look for the stock one, and got one of the 420a motor, trimmed it to the stock length and went to replaced the o'reily one. When I tried to pull out o'reily's deep stick, it snapped off as well! Tried to dig it out and instead just pushed it in further! What do I do now??? I'm thinking tomorrow I will pull oil pan and try to push that damn deep stick out of there. Any suggestions or advice on that?

I would just do what you had in mind pull the oil pan off and pull the dip stick out from the other side .... better yet un bolt the dip stick tube from the motor and you should be able to pull it out from that, with out having to un bolt the oil pan.

+1^ how do you keep snapping your "deep" stick? Lol[/QUOT

well, its not like I'm checking my oil wile on crack and in full rage ripping that deep stick out like a mad man. Original deep stick had over 216k miles on it and was already without a handle, then one day I went to pull out the remaining piece to check oil and that plug that goes inside the oil deep stick tube just cracked in half and got stock in there. Second O'reily piece just snapped off leaving the stick in there. Its never ending shit this car.....

yeah im Russian, so is my "deep" stick LOL..... english not so good, so yeah....

got my dip stick replaced, changed oil with rotella t6 synthetic 5w40 oil, also added some lucas synthetic oil stabilizer, fixed couple of small oil drips from oil pressure sending unit, turbo drain back line. Also cleaned my air filter and re-oiled it and put it back in. I noticed that my motor moves inside the bay very easily, and that about 3 out of 4 motor mounts are completely shot. I ordered some new prothane, I think, inserts and will have to change them out once I get them.
