my 2g feels sluggish in high rpm

Ok, I am in the process of getting a logger but before i do i thought i'd ask and see if someone come help me figure out why my car may feel sluggish in higher rpm's. Check my profile for mods and i am running 15psi of boost. In higher rpm's the car does not feel like it pulls the way it should and i feel like something may be wrong. Is there anyone who has had a similar problem or is this in my head?

Man i would have tried to rephrase that cause if a wiseman or a moderator sees that they aren't gonna be happy.

Sounds to me like it might be pulling timing, which can be due to several things. Does it rev nicely through the mid range then sort of stall at higher rpms?? get that logger and see whats up with it!!
