I have a 1990 eagle talon tsi awd. When I shift slowly or coast my rpms will dip and the car will doe and sometimes come back and others it wont. Did some looking but I haven't gotten a definitive answet. Thanks for the help!

How fast are you going when coasting and it dies and in what gear? If you're coasting to a light in 3rd gear and only going 15mph or less it's going to lug the motor down too far.

Haha thanks! For the laugh and the google. But only thing is my car idles fine. It only dies if I take my time shifting or just pushing in the clutch shortly after accelerating, wot or partial. But if I coast in gear for like 5 seconds then push the clutch it idles perfect
