car almost finished! looking for exhaust shop near STL

Engine completely finished and going in this week finally. almost 3 months since i bought this car. im looking for a shop in the metro east or even stl area that will do 3" exhaust turbo back. anyone know? thanks

CarX in Fairview Heights. Tell them you want Pat to do it. Old School Custom Exhaust, also in FV would also be a good option. Both have worked on mine on multiple occasions - ( too many ).

How about Von Morgan in STL. He's a fairly big name in the 3s world. I'd imagine he could build an exhaust but I'm not sure.

Do one of you drive a black 2g that is always on Scott AFB? Just curious.

HTP in Arnold makes great parts, but it can be a bit difficult to get a hold of him. Chances are also better he'll work for you if you can put a deposit down on at least part of the work--I know he's particular about who/what he works on these days.

all good options, rlacasse, i havent been out there in 15 yrs but was actually on base working on an xray room just last monday i believe. i have a 98 2 tone black n gray rs. car is killing my back doing 4 to 5 thousand miles a month, im gonna be a single dsm owner soon... love the car and ive made plenty of $ from it but damn when u drop these things they ride like a log wagon! . time to get another 2001 explorer or durango for work and focus all my time on the gst

I second this, Matt is very good at building custom exhaust's. His will be higher quality than just about anyone else, but it will most likely cost you more. Most exhaust shops are going to build you a mild steel with press bends, Htp will build you a ss exhaust with mandrel bends. In the long run it will be cheaper to just but a megan racing exhaust or something along those lines.
